Friendly staff and helpful with the order I purchased in the store. I was not as happy with the results of my order. Some of the flowers looked pretty wilted and a bit sad I did mention it to the designer and she sprayed a little water of them. Told me to keep them in a dark cool room until the funeral service the next morning which I did. They looked even more wilted the next morning. These were for my mother's funeral and I was pretty upset at how they looked. For $200.00 I would have expected a much nicer appearance. There we so many other flowers at the service that were fresh and beautiful that this piece was not the focal point I had hoped for.
