Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Lindsey was so helpful. I sent three of Mom's Garden Daisies to three of my daughters. Two were in the delivery area of Bay Hill Florist. One was outside the delivery area so Lindsey arranged to have another florist fulfill the order. All three girls loved the arrangements. This arrangement was selected because daisies were my wife's (the girls mom or mom in law) favorite flower. My wife had just passed away the week prior. No one could be more helpful or more caring than the professional florists at Bay Hill Florist.
