I had an excellent experience with Bay Hill Florist!! As I do not live in Florida, I was a little bit nervous about not seeing the product. The staff at Bay Hill Florist was so kind, accommodating, and gave me several options. The delivery was perfect, even though the recipient lives in a gated community. I would recommend this florist 100%!
