Whether your wedding is an intimate gathering or an elaborate celebration, we are prepared to make your day special with custom floral designs that set the tone for a romantic, unforgettable occasion. While some florists do several weddings each weekend, we believe that your wedding deserves our full focus. Because we only do one wedding each weekend, you can be confident that all of our attention will be on serving you.
How do we begin?
Call us at 407-226-7122 and make sure we have your wedding date available. If we do, request a consultation with our designer Sarah. We charge a $50 consultation fee, which is applied to your balance should you book your wedding with Bay Hill Florist. The date is booked once your deposit–which is 50% of the total cost of your wedding flowers–has been paid.
Should I prepare for the consultation?
Use this checklist to get the most out of your consultation. Bring each of these items with you:
- A photo of your wedding dress, as well as your bride’s maids’ dresses.
- Swatches of colors being used in your wedding.
- The names of the ceremony and reception locations.
- A list of each person who will wear or carry flowers in the wedding.
How much do you charge for weddings?
All of our work is custom, so we are able to provide you with prices once the consultation is complete. After our designer meets with you, she will draft a proposal that includes pricing, and the proposal will be emailed to you within a week of your consultation.
